I am very proud to be a Holistic Core Restore® coach. The ever evolving skills and education enables me to deliver the revolutionary programmes offered by Holistic Core Restore® in the Tring, Berkhamsted and Leighton Buzzard areas.

Holistic Core Restore® is the brainchild of Jenny Burrell and provides all women a place to connect with, and strengthen their entire core and pelvic floor system. There are many programmes available to target EVERY woman at ANY stage of her life – so scroll down and click on the option that makes the most sense to you! Holistic Core Restore® EVERY WOMAN is our signature course and where it all began for me way back in 2013! Join me for 6, or 12 weeks of amazing functional exercise to reconnect and strengthen the core, pelvic floor and really the entire body. Suitable for most women we screen you deeply and thoroughly and then go from there, making sure we are working to your needs and aims. I offer this course 1:1, 2:1 and also in small groups and online.

Holistic Core Restore® RECOVERY is a divine 9 week programme, comprised of a bespoke massage and 8 weeks of progressive exercise bespoke to you. We’ll work to bring you back to your body; whilst recovering from abdominal surgery, whilst you are awaiting surgery and want to be in the best position you can be OR if you are living with POP (pelvic organ prolapse) and want to connect and strengthen your body to help your symptoms.

A separation of the tummy muscles post pregnancy or injury is very common but can cause many issues. Our DIASTASIS HEALING course enables me to create a bespoke set up to help heal it, and get the tummy working, looking and feeling better again!

Our BUMP package is built for the pregnant client and a wonderful support to keep any expectant mum fit, healthy and strong in every way during her pregnancy journey.

I offer the wonderful 4th Trimester option for brand new mums. This can be tailored to your needs at the end of your pregnancy or my favourite… a home visit within the first 8 weeks post birth. During our session/s we’ll look at your stomach, checking for a diastasis gap, we will look at your posture, aches, stiffness and general post birth body. I often leave you with a few simple strategies to help you alongside achievable exercises & stretches that’ll ease your body and aid your recovery.

This option is not advertised out openly with its own page on my website as I mostly offer it to my existing BUMP or Pregnancy Fitness clients whom I get to know very well, thus making the most of the visit. However, if you have not previously had sessions with me do not worry, I will screen you first and we’ll set up a session either at my studio or at your home and get you feeling great! A fabulous follow on to our signature programme the HEAT offering will get you sweating and fit whilst really looking after your core and pelvic floor health. Ideal if you’ve completed our EVERY WOMAN programme but not essential.  This can be done 1:1, 2:1 or in my weekly small group on a Monday night. 

As I luckily own my own Pro 6 Power Plate® at my studio I can also offer out the EXPRESS option of EVERY WOMAN (our signature offering). These slightly shorter sessions might be exactly what you need whilst providing all of the excellence of Every Woman and Power Plate® training combined!

ATHLETE 12 is us in ‘beast mode’. 12 weeks of progressive exercise aimed at getting you to your fittest yet! This can be based from home or as bespoke face to face sessions – if you fancy this please contact me directly unless I’m hosting a group!
