Here you will find a little more information about TWO Holistic Core Restore® courses. HCR® Hysterectomy Recovery AND HCR® Pelvic Organ Prolapse Support.

These courses are paired together in this one page as they used to be delivered under one title “Recovery” and I have kept the format, timing options and pricing the same for both options. The subtle difference to the content comes from YOU and what your history, goals, symptoms and needs are so read on and simply message me any questions!


Holistic Core Restore® Hysterectomy Recovery and POP Support are two programmes dedicated to you. Our time together is aimed at creating a totally bespoke experience for any woman who has had any type of hysterectomy (or it could be used as prehab prior to surgery), or is living with Pelvic Organ Prolapse.

If you are looking at the hysterectomy recovery programme this does not have to be recent surgery and I would also use the contents for anyone recovering from other types of gynaecological surgery (removal of fibriods, tumours, gallbladder or appendix removal etc).

For POP Support this course is for any woman living with POP, awaiting repair surgery, recovering from a repair, using a pessary OR those with POP who just want to exercise well and safely!

Both courses are perfect to help women educate themselves for life, move themselves effectively and safely, regaining confidence, power and strength.

Both courses are bespoke but made up of a lovely massage focusing on your needs, and if appropriate incorporating some scar massage techniques. This is then followed by 8 weeks of hour long sessions, OR you can opt for 10 weeks of 45 minute sessions. The massage element can be popped anywhere along the way or if you dislike massages or would prefer to do either of these courses online we can swap it out for another movement based session. 

In our movement sessions we’ll be linking together appropriate rest, stretching, releases, nutrition, with safe and bespoke exercise/movement. We’ll be paying special attention to your needs, wants, pelvic floor and core health hopefully gearing you up to feel amazing! You are fully supported, and the programmes are both designed to meet you where you are on your journey to better health and wellness.

I will provide you with the classic HCR® homework kit then create a programme built especially for you. We’ll look at your posture, breathing patterns, range of motion, nutrition, hydration and use my soft tissue massage skills to help release areas of tension. Each session might have a different focus alongside the common aim of safe movement and exercise making you feel connected to your body and feeling fabulous.

This course is the gift that keeps on giving! I will thoroughly pre screen you before we start and sign post you to my superb local women’s health physiotherapists if needed.

Venue: Pear Projects Studio OR your house for an extra cost. Online option available but please be aware I will always push to meet you in person at least for the first few sessions & again at the end.

Sadly no refunds can be given so make sure you are able to complete the sessions prior to booking your place. In the case of having to cancel a 1:1 session you must notify me with 24 hours notice, thereafter the session will be deemed as a ‘late cancel’ and used, if you can let me know within this time frame the session can be rescheduled. Your session expire after 90 days.
