This course is perfect to help women educate themselves for life, move themselves effectively and safely, regaining confidence, power and strength.
We often start by giving you a lovely massage focusing on your needs, therefore when appropriate incorporating some scar massage techniques. This is then followed by an 8 week (hour long sessions), or 10 week (45 min sessions) course. The massage element can be popped anywhere along the way if need be or if you dislike massages or would prefer to do this course ‘online’ we can swap it out for another movement based session.
We’ll work closely together for either 45 mins or an hour a week for 8 or 10 sessions depending on how you wish to do it. In this time we’ll be linking together appropriate rest, stretching, releases, nutrition, with safe and bespoke exercise/movement. We’ll be paying special attention to your needs, wants, pelvic floor and core hopefully gearing you up to feel amazing! You are fully supported, and the programme is designed to meet you where you are on your journey to better health and wellness.
I will provide you with the classic HCR® homework kit then create a programme built especially for you and what you might need to focus on. We’ll look at your posture, breathing patterns, range of motion, nutrition, hydration and use my soft tissue massage skills to help release areas of tension. Each session might have a different focus alongside the common aim of safe movement and exercise making you feel connected to your body and feeling fabulous.
You’ll get access to the HCR® Recovery online portal which will offer you simple and easy to follow videos about your health all led by leading women’s health physiotherapist Michelle Lyons (our clinical lead) and course creator Jenny Burrell.
This course is the gift that keeps on giving! I will thoroughly pre screen you before we start and sign post you to my superb local women’s health physiotherapists if needed.

Venue: Pear Projects Studio OR your house for an extra cost. Online option available but please be aware I will need and want to meet you in person at least for the first few sessions & again at the end.
Price: £478 1:1 at Pear Projects Studio (please contact me for a quote on me coming to you). This is the same whether you opt for 10 x 45 min sessions or 8 x 60 mins – both include a massage.
Paying via 1-3 instalments every 4 weeks is available.

Please feel free to ring me to chat about anything (find all that information on how to do that on the contacts page). Payment comes AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE and secures your spot.
Sadly no refunds can be given so make sure you are able to complete the sessions prior to booking your place – if in a group they can not be transferred unless arranged privately at an extra cost. In the case of having to cancel a 1:1 session you must notify me with 24 hours notice, thereafter the session will be deemed as a ‘late cancel’ and used, if you can let me know within this time frame the session can be rescheduled. Your session expire after 90 days.

The course was extremely beneficial and I have noticed a real difference in my posture and how I connect with my stomach and pelvic floor. That said I think that this was only because of the quality of the teaching from Sarah which makes the exercises easy to learn and more importantly to repeat when you are on your own. I felt that Sarah tailored her approach to me and what I was looking for rather than running through the motions of a course programme which was great.
I enjoyed working with Sarah and her tuition really helped to motivate me. Her approach and style makes the programme a bit more real and easier to bring to life rather than just another set of exercises.
