Enjoy up to 12  weeks of education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core, Nutrition and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in.  The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus’


HCR® Every Woman is our most popular & foundation course. I offer this amazing 12 week (6 week option available too) programme 1:1 or in small groups, providing a focused, calm, relaxing environment in which to focus on yourself!

The course aims to strengthen and connect not just the core and pelvic floor system but really the entire body! Thousands of women have gone through our system since is started and you can read some of the science & amazing testimonials here. The Every Woman foundation course and where it all begins, with it being suitable for everyone! If you are pregnant you can do this course but we suggest you head over to the specifically built Bump programme instead.

Each participant completes a pelvic floor, core and general health questionnaire online before the first week which clarifies that the Holistic Core Restore® is indeed the right place for you! The online questionnaire also helps me to understand more clearly about what you’re dealing with day-to-day and what your specific needs and aims are for our time together. If I feel I’m currently not right for you I will point you in the right direction (whether that be to your GP or a fantastic Women’s Health Physio such as Becky AstonJo Dyson or Gemma West).

You are provided with your own Holistic Core Restore® kit (as above) and each session are guided through a set of carefully crafted exercises using its contents. The exercises of the course utilise the simple action of breathing to magnify the connection to the pelvic floor muscles and abs, making it a focused yet calming place to work with the body. The functional movement vocabulary used on course are not just the simple ‘lift and squeeze’ method of old and are there to help reconnect and strengthen the core and pelvic floor just like every other muscle group can be (it is also nice to know that the exercises created by Jenny for the Holistic Core Restore® have all been approved by leading women’s physiotherapists)!

The Holistic Core Restore® kit provided as part of the purchase of the course contains bands, a ball, detailed booklet and access to the amazing online portal (which also contains all our nutritional support).

1:1 information

Venue: Pear Projects Studio OR your house (higher charge applicable – please see below)

Pricing for the first 6 weeks (face to face classes): 

1:1: £310* per person (at Pear Projects Studio) – £400 if you want all 12 weeks (6 weeks face to face, 6 weeks online!)


2:1: £279* per person

1:1 course at your house/venue: £370* flat fee, plus travel time (charged at £10 per 15 mins of travel) & 44p per mile from my house to yours and back.

Additional online 6 weeks (phase 2)

How to book: Please make contact via email (pearprojects@gmail.com) to be sent the thorough pre screening form which starts the booking process off. Please feel free to ring me to chat about anything (find all that information on how to do that on the contacts page). Payment comes AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE.

Sadly no refunds can be given so make sure you are able to complete the sessions prior to booking your place – if in a group they can not be transferred unless arranged privately at an extra cost. In the case of having to cancel a 1:1 session you must notify me with 24 hours notice, thereafter the session will be deemed as a ‘late cancel’ and used, if you can let me know within this time frame the session can be rescheduled. Your session expire after 90 days.
