Come and join Becky Aston (Women’s Health Phsyio) & myself for a lovely relaxed evening of information and gentle movement for the peri to post menopausal woman.


We’ll guide you through simple but important information to help you stay fit, active and feeling fabulous throughout this life phase.


We’ll give you tips to help ease your body through the transitions that take place during the menopause and give you some easy to do exercises that’ll keep your bone density up, flexibility up, energy up and confidence up!
