This workshop will help you to achieve a comfortable, active pregnancy, gear up for birthing and knowledge for a great post natal recovery.
 
We will discuss the amazing but sometimes challenging changes that can occur during pregnancy. We’ll look at how to adapt for a comfortable journey through your pregnancy, birth and into early motherhood.
 
The key aspects you will go home with are;
 
Beneficial exercises in pregnancy that you can fit into life. Come dressed to move as we will learn some exercises to take home!
 
The controversy around what is safe and not safe to do in pregnancy- evidence based!!
 
The post natal period – advice on your recovery and wellness including the importance of safe post natal exercise and your recovery period.
 
A wealth of advice about coping with this sometimes challenging life phase for women.
 
All this with a core and pelvic floor focus, which Becky and Sarah have become known for!
 
Suitable for all pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy.
When: Autumn 2019 
Where: Berkhamsted Physiotherapy and Sport Injury Clinic
How much: £30 per person with nibbles and goodie bag included, (very limited spaces). Women only event (no children this time).
