Love to run or jog – come and join us!
Becky Aston (Women’s Health Physio) and myself come together once more to take you through 90mins of information and exercise to optimise your hobby and passion of running/jogging whilst looking after your body.
- Becky will start the evening workshop off with easy to follow information on the female body and high impact exercise.
- Sarah will then provide participants with some ease to take away exercises and stretches to support your running & core/pelvic floor strength.
This workshop is perfect for the local female running population to come and understand more about the core and pelvic floor whilst running and how to keep any leaks, pain, pressure and aches at bay!
Spaces are really limited so book early to get a place.

How Much: £25 per person including goodie bag and yummy nibbles.
