I’m thrilled to be able to present informative yet relaxed workshops alongside two superb local women’s health physiotherapists (Becky & Jo) and also yoga/pilates teacher Ali from Ali Grace Wellness. Every now and again I host workshops solo.
These workshops take place at either end of my working areas… in Leighton Buzzard and Berkhamsted (with my studio situated almost between these points in Pitstone).
I work closely with Becky Aston and Jo Dyson, who are both Women’s Health Physiotherapists to deliver relaxed workshops where the normal woman can come along and hopefully leave with some information and also skills/exercise to help improve their core and pelvic floor strength. Some workshops are very general and ideal for any women, whereas some have a specific focus, for example pregnancy, running or the menopause. Myself and Ali are two thirds of Asa Retreats (click here to find out all about our AMAZING retreats!) and we try to come together about once a month (ish) to deliver a Glow & Flow night retreat.
We are both very passionate about self care and empowering women through movement. We come together to host these evening ‘retreats’ rather than workshops – I host a sweaty but easy to follow workout and Ali then leads us through a lovely yoga flow both elements suitable for EVERYONE. It’ll hopefully leave participants feeling sweaty, happy & relaxed. A perfect evening to do for just yourself, with your friends or even your Mum! Dates are constantly being added but with all co-hosts we choose to deliver these events to a small groups to allow for a relaxed conversational atmosphere (meaning the guest can get as much out of it as possible) so always book early to avoid missing out on your spot!
