Come and join me for a 90min workshop taking you through a wealth of information about your pelvic floor and core including; how to find, connect with and strengthen the entire core and pelvic floor system, and how to exercise effectively.

BECKY ASTON, Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist will be covering some essential tips to create optimal wellness including:
• Healing after a c-section
• Understanding your postural, abdominal and movement changes after pregnancy
• Pelvic floor health including bladder and bowel wellness
• Sharing simple skills for life
SARAH PEARSON, post-natal exercise specialist & Holistic Core Restore® coach from Pear Projects will be leading our fitness workout of the day focusing on
• Safe post c-section exercise
• Pelvic floor and core centric exercise
• Easy stretches and releases for the body
• All abilities and fitness levels
EMMA HOLLY, leading ScarWork practitioner will then guide you though a relaxed practical session sharing
• Safe self-massage on your scar
• Simple scar self-massage routine
• Understanding the right pressure
With time in between to relax, take advantage of this child free moment and enjoy homemade nibbles with other local mums.
Bring a bottle of water and come dressed for exercise!

Please note this a mummy focused workshop and therefore will be child free, allowing time for you!
